Purpose of Use: When you make an inquiry, apply for an event, or submit artist information or residency records, we will collect your name, contact information, profile, Q&A answers, artwork information, text, photographs, etc.
These will be used for contact and registration, creating exhibition captions, introducing artists, documenting residencies, and promoting the art festival. Texts, artwork photos, and residency photos for which permission has been granted will be reviewed, translated, summarized, and edited before being posted on the official website (artist pages, blogs, etc.), exhibition venues, and the official ATARTS Instagram account. Portrait photos will be used for artist pages and exhibition captions; separate permission will be obtained from the artist before posting them on Instagram. Contact email addresses, addresses, and confidential consultation details will not be made public.

Disclosure to Third Parties: We will not provide personal information to third parties except with the individual's consent or as required by law. The above disclosure and posting will be done only to the extent agreed upon by the individual. The mere posting of this policy does not constitute consent to disclosure.

Management Method: Acquired information will be managed appropriately to prevent unauthorized access and leakage, and will be handled only to the extent necessary for the work by those responsible for operation, editing, and public relations. Wix is used for the site and forms, and Instagram is used for official social media. Published information may be saved and shared by viewers.

Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion: If you wish to disclose, correct, delete, or change/remove your information, we will verify your identity and respond promptly according to the content of your request. You can also contact our office even after the deadline for submitting corrections via the author form. Please note that we may not be able to retrieve or delete printed materials that have already been distributed or information that has been stored or shared by a third party.
