Tatiana Blanqué explores the relationship between nature, memory, and place, treating fabric and tree bark as forms of skin and transforming traces and experiences into works of art. She has presented her work in exhibitions and art fairs across Spain and elsewhere in Europe, and in September 2026 completed an artist residency at Jogonin Temple.

LA PELL OCUPADA — THE OCCUPIED SKIN
⬤ Message
Skin is not only a surface. It holds traces, experiences and memories. The skin of the tree holds its memory. La Pell Ocupada explores the relationship between nature, memory and place. Fabric becomes a sensitive skin, a surface where drawing, memory and matter meet. The work emerges from observation and from the interference of the environment. As in Interferencias, what surrounds us leaves traces, alters our perception and becomes part of the work. La Pell Ocupada is an open territory between nature, memory and transformation.
